At BE UP S.L. we process the information provided by data subjects in order

services that include the development of the following areas: Leadership, Mentoring,
Professional Intelligence, Organizational Culture, Business Diversity, and Well-being.

3. WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING?

The use of the data that you have provided us with the consent, is necessary
for the correct management of relations with users and, in addition, to be able to comply with the
legal obligations.
At any time you can express your opposition to the use of your data and, therefore,
leave without effect any type of management with them, leaving only their data
blocked during the legally established time. Communicate that non-consent
may lead to the services being impossible to provide.

4. DATA COMMUNICATION

In principle, data will not be transferred except by legal obligation.

• Portability – You will be able to receive the personal data that you have given us or that
we have obtained in our contractual relationship, as well as transmitting them to another Entity
Users are informed that they have the right to revoke consent at any
time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on their consent
prior to its withdrawal.
Likewise, data subjects are informed that they can file a claim with the competent
Data Protection Control Authority, especially when
you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
